Absolutely.

Not only does Marine 31 Vinyl Protectant with SunBlock contain the best UV inhibitor - Ciba Tinuvin - it also contains the highest concentration as well.

I would suggest spraying the protectant directly onto a terry cloth towel and working it into the surface.
