I have to share my latest experience of pbmg customer service. I had an issue with the durability of a backing plate that I just bought and sent in an email explaining my concern and figured I must have gotten a defective unit. I received an email shortly saying they were shipping me a new one. That is one more reason why they have me as a customer for life.
