Hey Erik,
*How much pressure are you applying with the HCOC?
I used 20+ or more with slow arm speed and on the Gel Coat I was working on it responded better with higher speed and finished out...

Here's what I did with my small decal, love it. Perfect size, have my larger one put up until I get me a black 5 gal. bucket and dolly or just save.

Hey bdash,

I use the 6.5 green CCS Smart Pad part #78-34650DA, but the pink cutting pad works so much better for Gel Coats. part #78-04650DA even for a AIO light cutting cleaner/polish.

This is about 7 or 8 years ago and sorry for the picture quality, this is my early days and back then all I had/used was disposable camera's and 6'' & 10'' orbital buffer's to do any and all my work...
