I've been in this industry all of my working life and I've never seen any other company offer boat detailing classes like our boat detailing classes.

John told me there's a lot of interest in this topic for a couple of reasons,

1. Growing segment of the boat hobby to restore classic boats and painting a restored boat won't be as durable as re-gel-coating the boat.

2. Very little to zero information available on how to do machine wetsanding of gel-coat boats and also very little info available on correct buffing techniques for restoration projects like this. To be honest I've never seen boat detailing classes offered anywhere else except here at Marine 31.
